Leo Pedro Iolo was born in Oxford at 9:40 a.m. on All Soul's day, 2nd November, 2005.

"Leo" and  "Pedro" are for the two grandfathers and "Iolo" is Monica's choice: a Welsh name apparently to encourage baby Leo to play rugby for Wales. Monica obviously wants him to start writing poetry as soon as possible!

He weighed 7 lbs 4 oz at birth, or 3.29 kg for the imperially challenged.

He had a full head of jet black hair, lethally sharp finger nails and a built in public address system with a volume control that doesn't always work.
